Named after their most famous burger, Bacon & Bleu is one of the newer restaurant additions Idaho Falls, and it definitely stands out! For starters, they don’t use any frozen products. Everything is made or cut fresh, including their fries. They are able to keep it fresh because they only use close local providers, such as Taylor Farms or Grand Peaks Prime Meats. They even brew their own root beer in house! Aside from the amazing menu, the Bacon & Bleu ambiance is also worthy of note. They make it a point not to have any screens displayed in the restaurant so families can come & completely unplug if they want. Bacon & Bleu is also very kid friendly, offering a kids menu, drawing contests, and an open bookshelf.
